Warranty Policy

1. PRODUCT WARRANTY
FERSGO hereby warrants that every product sold or manufactured by FERSGO (“Product”), in the course of its normal use, will for the term defined below, be free from defects in material and craftsmanship and will conform to FERSGO’s specifications. The term of your warranty period shall commence on the purchase date appearing on your purchase receipt from any of authorized reseller or order record if you purchased on FERSGO’s e-commerce channels. Proof of purchase shall be required to be eligible for this warranty and to establish the commence date of this warranty. FERSGO may at its sole discretion make extended warranties available for purchase.
Any Warranty Claim shall follow the guideline provided in this article. Under no circumstance shall FERSGO accept, process or be responsible for any Products returned without obtaining the consent of FERSGO.
This warranty shall extend to repaired or replaced Products for the balance of the applicable period of the original warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of shipment of a repaired or replaced product, whichever is longer.
The length of warranty period granted can be found on the Quick Support section of Product’s detail page or on its pacakge.
2. NON-ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY CLAIM
FERSGO shall have no liability and shall not provide its warranty service to any of the following causes of the Warranty Claims:
- 1. The Product is not purchased from an authorized reseller or directly from one of FERSGO’s own sales channels.
- 2. The Product is not used in accordance with FERSGO’s given specification and instruction.
- 3. The Product is not used for its intended function.
- 4. The asserted defect is not able to be proved to FERSGO.
- 5. The asserted defect is attributed to misuse, improper installation, alteration including removing or opening the external enclosures or the mounting frames.
- 6. The disposal of the defective Product is not followed the Warranty Claims guideline as listed in this article.
- 7. Cosmetic defect, such as scratches, stains, marks, etc.
- 8. Consumable parts, such as dry batteries, lubricants, cooling agent, etc.
3. SCOPE OF WARRANTY SERVICE
FERSGO shall be at its sole discretion to determine whether to repair or replace the defective Products. If the Product is purchased from an authorized distributor or reseller, please follow their warranty policy and claim the warranty directly from them.
Please do not send back any defective Products to Fersgo that is purchased from the authorized distributors or resellers.
FERSGO’s Warranty service shall only apply to Product that is purchased from Fersgo’s own e-commerce sales channels or physical stores.
4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To have your defective Product processed in time, please follow the guideline provided in this section. Our customer service team will assist you with their full effort to assure you will have the best experience with our service.
STEP 1: Fill in the Warranty Claim Request Form and submit it on our website.
STEP 2: Our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the eligibility and initiate the warranty claim process.
STEP 3: Please follow the instruction carefully on the disposal of the original product.
STEP 4: Once the defective Product is disposed and the proof is provided, our customer team will arrange for the shipment of the replaced product.
Please note: No refund will be given if the Product is claimed its warranty. If your product is eligible for refund, please submit the Refund & return request instead.
The delivery time of the replaced Product may vary based on the local delivery service. You may check with our customer service team on the delivery status but FERSGO shall not be liable for any late in delivery.
5. WARRANTY LIMITATION
FERSGO’s limited warranty provides that, subject to the following limitations, each product will be free from defects in material and craftsmanship will conform to FERSGO’s specification for the Product.
Limitation of Remedies: Your exclusive remedy for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product. FERSGO may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in its sole discretion. FERSGO shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product. FERSGO’s replacement Product under its limited warranty will be manufactured from new and serviceable used parts. FERSGO’s warranty applies to repaired or replaced Products for the balance of the applicable period of the original warranty or ninety days from the date of shipment of a repaired or replaced Product, whichever is longer.
Limitation of Damages: FERSGO’s entire liability for any defective Product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective Product. This limitation applies even if FERSGO cannot or does not repair or replace any defective Product and your exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.
No Consequential or Other Damages: Notwithstanding anything else in this policy or otherwise, FERSGO will not be liable with respect to the Products under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory (i) for any amount more than the purchase price for the defective Product or (ii) for any general, consequential, punitive, incidental or special damages. These include loss of recorded data, interruption of use, the cost of recovery of lost data, lost profit, and the cost of the installation or removal of any Products. The installation of replacement Products, and any inspection, testing, or redesign caused by any defect or by the repair or replacement of products arising from a defect in any product.
