How Does It Work?

Please follow the steps for the warranty application.
STEP 1

Submit Warranty Request

Please fill out the form on the right to initiate your warranty claim process. Try to provide as much information as you can to help us expedite your application process. You may be redirected to our reseller for replacement if the product was originally purchased from them.

STEP 2

Wait For Verification

Our product assurance team will receive your application right after you submit the form. We will contact you and guide you through the process. Additional information may be required if we need to further study your case. The typical time for case verification is 2 days.

STEP 3

Product Disposal

After your request is reviewed and the eligibility is confirmed, we will then instruct you on the disposal of the original product. You may be required to provide us with the proof such as videos or photos if we ask you to discard it.

STEP 4

Product Replacement

Your product or part replacement will be shipped within 2 days after the step 1, 2, and 3 are completed. We will provide the tracking detail as soon as they are collected by the carrier.
