Our Refund and Return Policy ("The Policy") is applicable to a range of selected products that falls in certain criteria. The Policy is consist of three parts: general provision, terms of refund and returns. FERSGO shall reserve the rights to alter, modify or cancel any terms any time upon its sole discretion. Please read carefully below to make sure your order is eligible for refund and returns.

I. GENERAL PROVISION

An eligible order for our refund and return application must fulfill all requirements below:

  1. 1. The product is delivered to the country that we list it as “30 DAY Refundable” for the specific product, and
  2. 2. The product is not claimed for any warranty prior to the refund application date.
 
You may check the product detail page to see if 30 DAY refundable is available in your country.

FERSGO reserves the rights to alter, modify or cancel any terms of The Policy. If your product is purchased before any amendment made to The Policy. The old terms shall be applied to the orders.

II. REFUNDS

The agreed time frame for the product to be eligible for refund if it fulfills the rest of requirements is 30 days. The period shall start from the date of the order is paid to 23:59 of the 30th day. For example, an order is paid on 15th Jun 2021, no refund will be granted if the request is submitted after 23:59 of 14th JUL 2021.

The agreed amount refunded to the customer shall be the same price and currency paid by the time of the purchase including any discount or promotion. Shipping cost and items that are not refundable will be excluded from the amount refunded.

Under no circumstance shall a refund be granted if the request is made over the 30 DAY period.

The items listed below are not refundable.

  • 1. Any shipping cost.
  • 2. Gift or promotional credit.
  • 3. The transaction fee for credit cards or the third-party payment service.

If the product returned is damaged or left with significant signs that has been used. We reserve the right to deduct 20% of the amount refunded as the restock fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following action accordingly:

STEP 1: Check your bank account.

STEP 2: Check with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred.

STEP 3: You may contact your bank to see if the refund is still processing and request notification once the transfer is complete.

III. RETURNS

To take advantage of our excellent customer service, please follow the instructions below to help us expedite your return request.

STEP 1: Fill in the Refund and Return Request Form and submit it.

STEP 2: Our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your product’s eligibility and initiate the return process.

STEP 3: Please carefully wrap the product that you wish to return and mail it to the designated address. Make sure you include the invoice/packing slip/returns form inside the package to ensure a hassle-free return experience.

STEP 4: Once we receive your product, our customer support team will help you with your Refund Process.

Please note that under no circumstance the product can be returned to FERSGO without its prior permission.

Returning postage shall be paid by the sender. FERSGO will only provide the return label for the returning products. 

Once your request is confirmed and deemed as eligible by our customer support team, please carefully wrap the product and use the return label provided by our customer support team.

Postage fees and any risk may occur during the delivery of the returned product shall be the sole responsibility of the sender. FERSGO will not be liable for postage fees, loss and/or damage to the product, and any other form of risks that may occur during the delivery, except force majeure.

Please be aware that the time we receive the returned product may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75 worth, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Please do not ship the product back to us before we confirm your product is eligible for return. Our customer support team will carefully handle every return request to completion. FERSGO shall not be liable for any unauthorized return cases.

The following types of goods are not returnable in any case:

  • 1. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • 2. Sanitary, health, and personal care items.
  • 3. Gift cards.
  • 4. Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • 5. Dry batteries.
  • 6. Downloadable software products.

If you find the product you received is defective within the 30-day period and you wish to continue using the product. You may ask us to replace the product instead of refunding it. Please contact our customer support for details.
