Refunds Policy

Our Refund Policy is applicable to all products that are within the 30-day period after the order is fulfilled. Refund process will only be initiated once the returned products are received by us. The time for you to receive the refund maybe vary depending on the bank or credit card company. Refund is not applicable for the Warranty Claims. If the product you received is defective within the 30-day period, please go through the Return Process for getting your refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

A FULL refund at your purchase price will be only granted, and the process will only be commenced if it matches in ALL the following criteria:

  • The product is eligible for return, and
  • The product is purchased in full price, and
  • The product does not claim for warranty, and
  • The returned product is received by us.

Once your returned product is received by us, our customer support team will help you with the refund process as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

The items listed below are not refundable. If your original order contains the following, the amount will be deducted before issuing your refund.

  • Any shipping cost.
  • Gift or promotional credit.
  • The transaction fee for credit cards or the third-party payment service.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following action accordingly:

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Second, check with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred.
  • Third, you may contact your bank see if the refund is still in processing and request notification once the transfer is complete.
