Refund and Return Policy

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days starting from the date of your order is fulfilled. If you apply for a return past the 30 -day period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless your product is eligible for a warranty claim.

Please be noted that under no circumstances will a refund be granted if the product purchased is over the 30-day period. You can only go through the Warranty Claims Process if your defective product is still under our warranty period but over the 30-day period.


All products purchased through the Fersgo online shop are eligible for our 30-Day Returns Policy if they satisfy the following requirements:

  • The product is purchased directly on, and
  • The product is within the 30-days period after the order is fulfilled, and
  • The product is in its original package and not severely damaged.


The following types of goods are not returnable in any case:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • Sanitary, health, and personal care items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Dry batteries.
  • Downloadable software products.


To take advantage of our excellent customer service, please follow the instructions below to help us expedite your return request.

STEP 1: Fill in the 30-Day Return Request Form and submit to receive the Return Material Authorization (“RMA”).

STEP 2: Our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your product's eligibility and initiate the return process.

STEP 3: Please carefully wrap the product that you wish to return and mail it to the designated address. Make sure you include the invoice/packing slip/returns form inside the package to ensure a hassle-free return experience.

STEP 4: Once we receive your product, our customer support team will help you with your Refund Process.

Postage fees and any risk may occur during the delivery of the returned product shall be the sole responsibility of the sender. Fersgo will not be liable for postage fees, loss and/or damage to the product, and any other form of risks that may occur during the delivery, except force majeure.

Please be aware that the time we receive the returned product may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75 worth, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Please do not ship the product back to us before we confirm your product is eligible for return. Our customer support team will carefully handle every return request to completion. Fersgo shall not be liable for any unauthorized return cases.


If you find the product you received is defective within the 30-day period, you may select either of the following to proceed with.

  • 30-Day Return Process for refunds.
  • Warranty Claims Process for exchanging a new product.


Our Refund Policy is applicable to all products that are within the 30-day period after the order is fulfilled. The refund process will only be initiated once we receive the returned product. The time for you to receive the refund may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. Refund is not applicable for the Warranty Claims. If the product you received is defective within the 30-day period, please go through the Return Process for getting your refund.


A full refund at purchase price will only be processed and granted if the product satisfies the following requirements:

  • The product is eligible for return, and
  • The product was purchased in full price, and
  • The product does not claim for warranty, and
  • The returned product is received by us.

Once your returned product is received by us, our customer support team will help you with the refund process as soon as possible.


The items listed below are not refundable. If your original order contains the following, the amount will be deducted before issuing your refund.

  • Any shipping cost.
  • Gift or promotional credit.
  • The transaction fee for credit cards or the third-party payment service.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following action accordingly:

STEP 1: Check your bank account.

STEP 2: Check with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred.

STEP 3: You may contact your bank to see if the refund is still processing and request notification once the transfer is complete.
